Top ups
One of the main the functionality of mHawala is to do top up yourself and top up your friends and relatives via your mobile phone.
Top up yourself:
If you want to do Top up yourself from your mHawala wallet, please follow the below steps:
- Dial *711#
- Select option 4 from the menu and reply with ok.
- Select 1 and press ok.
- Enter the amount
- Enter your mHawala PIN and press ok.
- A screen will appear with amount for the confirmation, reply with 1 to confirm.
You would receive a successful SMS notification on your mobile phone.
Top up to others:
If you want to do Top up to others from your mHawala wallet, please follow the below steps:
- Dial *711#
- Select option 4 from the menu and reply with ok.
- Select 2 and press ok.
- Enter the amount:
- Enter your mHawala PIN and press ok.
- A screen will appear with amount for the confirmation, reply with 1 to confirm.
You and the recipient would receive a successful SMS notification on your mobile phones.
