Breshna bill payment

If you want to do electricity bill payment (DABS bill payment is now available in 5 provinces   Kabul, Herat, Mazar, Jalalabad, Kandahar) from your mHawala wallet, please follow the below steps:

• Dial *711#
• Select option 3 from the menu and reply with ok.
• Select 1 for DABS Electricity Bill Payment and press ok.
• Enter DABS Account Number 
• Enter your mHawala PIN and press ok.
• You would receive a successful SMS notification on your mobile phone. 

Note: Before you pay your electricity bill, you should have an Etisalat SIM, you must register for mHawala services (via a short code or visiting nearest mHawala agent) . and you should have enough E-Money in your mHawala wallet to pay for the bill.
