To transact, you need to deposit in your mHawala account at an Etisalat shop authorized mHawala Agent.

• The agent or Etisalat shop assistant will do this transaction for you using their handsets.
• To put money into your mHawala account you will.
• Go to an Etisalat shop or authorized mHawala agent.
• Inform the shop assistant how much you wish to deposit.
• They will then use their “mHawala phone” to credit your mHawala account in exchange for cash.
• You and your agent will receive an SMS from mHawala confirming the transaction.
