Cash out / withdraw

If you want to do cash out from your mHawala wallet, please follow the below steps:

• Dial *711#
• Select option 1 from the menu and reply with ok.
• Select 2 and press ok.
• Enter the Agent Mobile number.
• Enter the amount you wish to Cash out.
• Enter your PIN and press ok.
• A screen will appear with amount for the confirmation, reply with 1 to confirm.
• You and the agent would receive a successful SMS notification on your mobile phones.
