You can register for Your e& money account for free at any e& shops or mini shops countrywide .

You need the below items for the full registration:

• The customer would present his/her Tazkira or passport to the agent for registration.

• Agent would take a copy of the Tazkira or Passport.

• The agent will fill out the e& money application form for the customer, which needs to be dually signed by agent and customer.

• The agent will also give a copy of the form to customer for his/her own record, and the account will be activated.

To check your e& money balance, please follow the steps below:

• Dial *711#

• Select option 6 from the menu and press send.

• Select 1 and press send.

• Select 3 and press send.

• Enter your e& money PIN and press send.

You will receive a SMS on your mobile phone once the process is successful.

To change your e& money pin, please follow the steps below:

• Dial *711#

• Select option 6 from the menu and press send.

• Select 1 and press send.

• Select 2 and press send.

• Enter your old e& money PIN and press send.

• Enter your new e& money PIN and press send.

• Re-enter your new e& money PIN and press send.

You will receive a SMS on your mobile phone once your PIN is successfully changed.
